PLETOX STUDIO / HOW WE WORK
Our software
development process.
From the way your business works to software built around it. A clear plan, working releases, and your team involved at every step.
A SHARED PATH FROM BRIEF TO RELEASE
You see the work.
You shape what comes next.
Follow an example order-approval project through the four stages. Your screens, priorities, and timeline are shaped around your business.
-
01Discover
Bring the real problem
Walk us through the workflow, the people involved, and what slows them down. A few notes or a sample spreadsheet is enough to begin.
- Your part
- Show us the current process, a sample spreadsheet, and what a useful result looks like.
- What you leave with
- A shared brief and clear priorities
DISCOVERY / 01Shared briefOne place for every approval.
Sales submits. Operations reviews. Everyone sees the next step.
- Today
- Spreadsheets, messages, and manual follow-ups.
- The goal
- Clear ownership from order to dispatch.
- The people

02Define
Shape the first release
Agree the essential screens, roles, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Define the scope, estimate, and timeline before building.
- Your part
- Choose the must-haves, confirm who needs access, and approve the first-release scope.
- What you leave with
- A scoped plan you can approve

03Build
Build, show, refine
Use AI-assisted development and reusable foundations to move quickly. Our team reviews the code, demonstrates progress, and tests the business rules with you.
- Your part
- Try the working software, share feedback, and validate it against your real business scenarios.

WHERE THE SPEED COMES FROM
AI assists the build.
People own the decisions.
We reduce repetitive work with AI-assisted engineering and reusable foundations. Your business rules, security, and release decisions still get human attention.
Faster foundations
Common features, implementation drafts, and test scenarios give the team a useful starting point. We spend more time on what makes your business different.
Accountable engineering
Our team owns architecture, code review, permissions, and integration checks. Generated code is a starting point, not automatic approval to release.
Your business, validated
You review working software against real scenarios. We work through feedback and agree what is ready before it reaches your team.
AGREED BEFORE DEVELOPMENT
Clear scope.
Clear responsibilities.
Your proposal sets out what we are building, how we will review it, and what happens after launch. No one-size-fits-all deadline or hidden handover assumptions.
Discuss your first release- First-release scope and acceptance criteria

- Source-code ownership and third-party licences

BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few things
worth knowing.
A spreadsheet, a workflow, or a problem to untangle. You do not need a finished specification to start.
What do you mean by fast software?
Shorter paths from a business requirement to a working release. We use AI-assisted development, reusable foundations, and focused scope to reduce repetitive work. Design, security checks, testing, and your approval remain part of delivery.
How quickly can you deliver?
It depends on the scope, integrations, data migration, and review requirements. A focused workflow can move faster than a complete business platform. We agree a realistic first-release timeline after reviewing your brief, rather than promising the same deadline for every project.
Do we need a detailed specification?
No. Tell us what happens today, where the process breaks down, and what a useful result would look like. We can help turn that into a prioritised scope and a delivery plan.
Does AI replace the development team?
No. AI assists the development process. Our team remains responsible for architecture, implementation review, testing, and release decisions. We agree how your data may be used before connecting AI services to a workflow.
Who owns the code, and what happens after launch?
Source-code ownership, licensing, hosting, third-party costs, maintenance, and support are agreed in the project proposal. We make those responsibilities clear before development begins.
