MAKE YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS WORK TOGETHER

API and system integration

Stop moving the same information between systems by hand. We assess the available APIs and data formats, then build connections with retries, validation, and useful delivery visibility.

WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT

A better way to
get the work done.

Relevant when existing systems should remain in place but their records need to move reliably between teams. Start by identifying the source of truth, required fields, and supported interfaces for each direction of transfer.

  • Teams export and re-import the same records.
  • Device events arrive late or need manual matching.
  • Failed transfers have no clear owner or history.

FROM YOUR BRIEF TO YOUR TEAM

What we plan
and build with you.

Connected systems with traceable data flow and fewer manual handoffs.

01

Interface and compatibility assessment

Review API documentation, authentication, licences, and sample payloads. For hardware, confirm model, firmware, protocol, and network access against the actual device before committing to supported operations.

02

Data mapping and secure transfer

Agree field mappings, identifiers, time zones, and system ownership. Use authorised credentials with appropriate permissions, then choose webhooks, scheduled requests, or file transfers supported by each system.

03

Duplicate and recovery controls

Track source references, validate incoming records, and make retries safe where destination interfaces allow. Define handling for repeated events, missing references, and updates arriving out of order.

04

Monitoring and integration handover

Expose transfer status, rejected records, and reconciliation checks. Document credential renewal, support contacts, and recovery procedures so operational owners can identify and resolve interruptions.

MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO YOUR OPERATION

Different needs.
Practical starting points.

Illustrative project scopes, not fixed packages. We shape the screens, business rules, and connections around your team.

Biometric attendance transfer

Move supported device events into a workforce platform, match enrolled identifiers, and flag unmatched staff or timestamps for review before attendance processing.

Payment status reconciliation

Connect verified payment notifications to the matching business transaction, check repeated events, and expose unmatched payments for reconciliation using supported provider interfaces.

CRM and accounting handoff

Transfer agreed customer and sales details into an accounting workflow, with tax-field mappings, ownership rules, and review of rejected or incomplete records.

AN EXAMPLE FIRST RELEASE

One attendance device to one workforce system

An example bounded to a verified device model, firmware version, and destination interface. Agree employee mappings, access, and a reconciliation period before extending to more locations.

  1. 01

Collect attendance events through the supported interface.

  2. 02

Validate timestamps and match enrolled staff identifiers.

  3. 03

Transfer accepted events and review unmatched records.

BEFORE WE BUILD

Questions worth
asking early.

Platform choices, existing data, and ongoing responsibilities belong in the conversation from the start.

Our delivery process
Can any software or device be connected?

Compatibility requires assessment. APIs, SDKs, supported exports, vendor licences, device firmware, and network restrictions determine what is possible. Closed interfaces may limit the scope or require vendor involvement.

Will updates appear instantly in both systems?

Only when the interfaces and agreed design support it. Rate limits, polling intervals, outages, and conflict rules affect freshness. We define transfer direction, expected cadence, and reconciliation before implementation.

What access is needed to begin?

Provide authorised documentation, representative records, and a test environment or device where available. We also need owners for field definitions, credential management, vendor coordination, and acceptance of the transferred data.
