From a workforce project to a broader operations platform
What started as a practical solution for workforce challenges gradually evolved into Pletox — a connected platform for people, work, and business operations.
Pletox began as a workforce management project for a real estate company in Nashik, built under Trumpets Technologies to solve attendance, payroll, and workforce tracking challenges.
As the value became clearer, the project evolved into a reusable HR product called TrumpetsHR, with more businesses onboarding onto the platform.
With growing adoption, the company formalized operations, rebranded the platform as Pletox, and officially launched it on 9th September 2022.
Pletox expanded beyond core HR into broader workforce management with stronger controls, integrations, and tools to help teams manage daily operations with more clarity.
Businesses began using Pletox not just for HR, but also for coordinating teams, workflows, and internal collaboration in a more connected way.
With customer demand for deeper customization and integrations, Pletox evolved into a broader people operations platform with extensibility and workflow tools.
