Yes. Pletox connects attendance, shifts, leave, corrections, and approved overtime with payroll inputs. Employees submit requests, managers review exceptions, and HR and finance validate the pay run before final approval.

Yes. Payroll periods can follow your policy, such as the 25th of one month to the 24th of the next. Additional allowances can use approved attendance, shift counts, and eligibility rules. Formulas, caps, effective dates, and correction rules are configured and validated during setup.

Pletox is built for Indian business workflows, with applicable salary rules, reports, and payroll requirements confirmed during setup. Global requirements are assessed country by country, including currencies, local rules, and partner integrations. Worldwide statutory coverage is not assumed, and filing and payment responsibilities are agreed explicitly.

Yes. Publish job openings on your careers portal, receive applications, and follow candidates through hiring stages. Selected candidates can move into onboarding for the required records and approvals before employee creation.

Approved worklogs, completed visits, and recorded outcomes can feed configured allowance and incentive rules. For example, a reviewed visit may qualify for a fixed allowance. Eligibility, rates, caps, duplicate checks, and approval steps are agreed before the workflow is enabled.

Yes. Asset records can cover assignment, acknowledgement, custody changes, condition, and returns. Outstanding equipment can be flagged during exit clearance. Any financial recovery requires a separately approved policy and authorization, rather than an automatic deduction.

Yes. Pletox has Android and iOS apps for employees and managers. Access the web-app features enabled for your organization under the same roles and permissions, including attendance, requests, worklogs, visits, payslips, and approvals. Device-dependent features require appropriate permissions and connectivity; not every workflow should be assumed to work offline.

Access follows the roles and permissions configured for your organization. Employee self-service, manager approvals, HR updates, and payroll review can have different access levels. Viewing, editing, exporting, and final approval responsibilities are confirmed with your team during setup.

Connections depend on supported APIs, file formats, and access to your existing systems. During setup, we confirm device compatibility, employee mapping, import checks, finance exports, and how exceptions are handled. Not every third-party system has a ready-made connection.
