FROM FIRST IDEA TO FIRST RELEASE

Web and mobile app development

Bring a new service to market or give your team a better way to work. We shape the user journey, build a focused release, and make room for what you learn after launch.

WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT

A better way to
get the work done.

Relevant when customers or field staff need to complete a task themselves, away from an internal desktop system. Define the audience, device conditions, and core journey before choosing a browser experience or mobile application.

  • Customers call staff to submit routine requests.
  • Field teams retype visit notes after returning.
  • A product idea needs a usable first journey.

FROM YOUR BRIEF TO YOUR TEAM

What we plan
and build with you.

A usable product your customers or team can put to work, not just a presentation of an idea.

01

User journeys and platform choice

Map the steps from first access to a completed task. Compare responsive web, progressive web, and native or cross-platform mobile options against device features and distribution needs.

02

Accounts and service workflows

Build agreed registration, sign-in, recovery, and account roles alongside the main customer or staff journey. Define organisation boundaries and who can access submitted information.

03

Device and connectivity validation

Test agreed browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and permissions. Specify offline actions, local storage, synchronisation, and conflict handling separately when connectivity is part of the requirement.

04

Release and user onboarding

Prepare deployment, account setup, and help for the core journey. Agree store submissions where needed, support ownership, and how user feedback informs the next release.

MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO YOUR OPERATION

Different needs.
Practical starting points.

Illustrative project scopes, not fixed packages. We shape the screens, business rules, and connections around your team.

Customer self-service

Give customers a place to submit service requests, upload supporting material, and check progress without asking staff to retrieve each update.

Field service visits

Help assigned staff review a job, capture visit notes and permitted photos, and submit the result for office review.

SaaS account workspace

Start with organisation signup, member invitations, and one recurring customer task. Subscription billing and payment-provider connections are separately agreed parts of the product.

AN EXAMPLE FIRST RELEASE

An assigned visit through to office review

An example for a service team using agreed devices: a staff member receives a job, records the visit, and submits it for review. Location capture requires agreed permissions and purpose.

  1. 01

Open the assigned job and visit details.

  2. 02

Record work completed and supporting evidence.

  3. 03

Submit the visit for office review.

BEFORE WE BUILD

Questions worth
asking early.

Platform choices, existing data, and ongoing responsibilities belong in the conversation from the start.

Our delivery process
Do we need both a website and mobile apps?

Not necessarily. We choose platforms around users, device access, notifications, and distribution. A responsive web release may fit; native features or store distribution can justify a mobile application.

Will the application work without internet?

Only for explicitly scoped workflows. We agree which records can be stored locally, how access is protected, when changes synchronise, and how conflicting edits or interrupted uploads are resolved.

What affects a mobile app release?

Supported devices, developer accounts, certificates, privacy information, and store review requirements affect preparation. External approvals are not guaranteed; ongoing operating-system compatibility and maintenance need an agreed owner.
