THE BUSINESS CONTEXT

Built for the way the business works.

A digital ritual service involves selecting a package, collecting booking details and payment, then sharing the completed ritual materials. Physical holy water orders have a separate product and order workflow.

The solution

The website connects package selection to booking records and Razorpay checkout. Administrators update service and payment status, attach a ritual video and message, generate a certificate and send a delivery link. A separate product flow records holy water orders and checks stock when an order is placed.
