PLETOX / HOW WE WORK
Your digital solution.
From plan to launch.
A website, a connected business system, or an HRM rollout. We start with your goals, agree the scope, and involve your team through design, delivery, and launch.
A SHARED PATH FROM BRIEF TO LAUNCH
You see the work.
You shape what comes next.
The four stages apply to websites, custom systems, and platform rollouts. The previews follow one order-approval project; your deliverables and timeline follow your business needs.

WHERE THE SPEED COMES FROM
Tools accelerate delivery.
People own the decisions.
We use AI-assisted engineering, reusable foundations, and existing platforms where they fit. Design, business rules, configuration, and launch decisions stay with people.
The right starting point
A website content plan, a reusable software foundation, or a configured HRM platform gives the work a practical starting point. We focus the effort on your goals.
Accountable delivery
Our team reviews design, content, code, permissions, and system settings. We check website journeys and business workflows against the agreed requirements.
Your business, validated
You review working pages, applications, or configured workflows against real scenarios. We resolve feedback, prepare your team, and agree what is ready to launch.
AGREED BEFORE WORK BEGINS
Clear scope.
Clear responsibilities.
Your proposal sets out what we are delivering, how we will review it, and what happens after launch. Content, data, training, and support responsibilities are clear from the start.
Discuss your first launch- Project scope and acceptance criteria
- Estimate, milestones, and review responsibilities
- Data migration and integration dependencies
- Hosting, backups, and access controls
- Content and source-code ownership, platform licences
- Handover, maintenance, and support terms
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few things
worth knowing.
A website brief, a spreadsheet, or a process to improve. You do not need a finished specification to start.
What digital solutions can you help us with?
We build websites, custom software, ERP and CRM systems, and AI-assisted workflows, and implement Pletox HRM. Start with your business need; we identify whether a new build, a focused improvement, or configuration of an existing product fits.
How quickly can you deliver?
Timing depends on content readiness, scope, integrations, data quality, and review requirements. A focused website or workflow differs from an ERP rollout. We agree a realistic first-phase timeline after reviewing the brief and dependencies.
Do we need a detailed specification?
No. Share your current website, process, tools, and the result you want. We can help organise requirements, identify content and data owners, and turn the priorities into a delivery or implementation plan.
Does every project use AI?
No. We use AI assistance where it is useful and appropriate, alongside established design, development, and implementation methods. Our team owns review and release decisions; permitted data and external AI services are agreed before use.
Who owns the work, and what happens after launch?
Source-code and content ownership, product subscriptions, licences, hosting, third-party costs, maintenance, and support are set out in the proposal. We distinguish custom deliverables from licensed products and agree handover responsibilities before work begins.
