WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT

A better way to
get the work done.

Useful when purchasing, stores, production, and accounts maintain separate versions of the same transaction. Start by defining the documents, stock movements, and approval boundaries that connect a complete operating cycle.

  • Purchases and receipts are reconciled in spreadsheets.
  • Stock balances differ between locations and teams.
  • Production updates reach finance through manual summaries.

FROM YOUR BRIEF TO YOUR TEAM

What we deliver
with your team.

An ERP implementation with traceable transactions, reconciled opening data, and agreed responsibilities across departments.

01

Process and master-data design

Map your purchase-to-pay, stock, and order-to-dispatch flows. Agree item codes, units, suppliers, customers, warehouses, document numbering, and approval owners before importing or creating transactions.

02

Purchasing and inventory workflows

Connect requests, orders, receipts, supplier bills, transfers, and adjustments within the agreed scope. Define document references, quantity checks, location access, and how stock exceptions are reviewed.

03

Production and quality handoffs

Scope bills of materials, material requirements, consumption, production posting, and inspection steps around your operation. Validate units, stock availability, output, and exceptions with production and stores teams.

04

Finance connections and rollout controls

Agree how operational documents reach accounting, receivables, and payables. Assess APIs or imports, reconcile opening records and trial transactions, and plan cutover, training, and support ownership.

MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO YOUR OPERATION

Different needs.
Practical starting points.

These examples show practical starting points. We agree the design, configuration, development, and connections your project needs.

Purchase-to-receipt control

Follow an approved requirement through a supplier order and goods receipt, with quantities and outstanding items visible to buying and stores teams.

Multi-location inventory

Record stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments against agreed warehouses and locations. Review exceptions and reconcile balances during implementation.

Manufacturing execution records

Connect a released bill of materials to material consumption, produced quantities, and a quality review, with the relevant source documents retained.

AN EXAMPLE FIRST LAUNCH

One purchasing cycle across buying and stores

An example first phase covering agreed items, suppliers, purchase orders, and receipts for one location. Production, accounting integration, and historical migration are separately assessed parts of the rollout.

  1. 01

Prepare validated item, supplier, and opening-stock records.

  2. 02

Run an approved purchase order through goods receipt.

  3. 03

Reconcile quantities and train the responsible users.

BEFORE WE BUILD

Questions worth
asking early.

Platform choices, existing data, and ongoing responsibilities belong in the conversation from the start.

Our delivery process
Do we have to implement every ERP module at once?

No. We identify a useful first operating cycle and agree the related master data and dependencies. Purchasing, inventory, production, sales, and finance can be phased when the handoffs and interim responsibilities are clear.

Can the ERP connect to our existing accounting software?

We review supported APIs, exports, licences, and required accounting fields. Transfer direction, timing, tax mappings, reconciliation, and rejected records are agreed before implementation; compatibility is not assumed.

How are opening stock and existing transactions handled?

Your team supplies representative data and confirms cleanup and reconciliation owners. We map and trial the import, check balances and references, and agree the cutover date before bringing accepted records into the working system.
