Which partner category is right for me?
Choose Referral Partner for warm introductions, Growth Partner when you advise clients through their evaluation, or Strategic Partner for an ongoing referral channel across your organisation or network. We'll confirm the fit and responsibilities together before agreeing terms.
Who can enquire about becoming a partner?
HR consultants, accountants, payroll advisors, biometric vendors and installers, technology consultants and people with relevant business networks can enquire. Tell us about your work so we can discuss whether the programme is a fit.
Can biometric vendors and installers become partners?
Yes. Biometric device vendors, dealers and installers can introduce customers looking for HR, attendance and payroll software. Share the devices and attendance workflows your customers use so we can review compatibility and requirements before agreeing the partnership.
How much commission can I earn?
Referral Partners earn 10%, Growth Partners 20% and Strategic Partners 30% recurring commission on qualifying subscriptions. Your category and the commission basis are confirmed in your partner agreement.
Is the commission recurring?
Yes. The programme offers recurring commission, with eligibility, duration and the payment schedule set out in your agreed partner terms.
Does choosing a category approve my partnership?
No. The form records your interest. Pletox will review your enquiry and discuss the category and terms with you before a partnership is confirmed.
Can I introduce a business before joining?
Contact us first to confirm the referral process and eligibility. Only share another person's contact details with their permission. You do not need to include customer details in this enquiry form.
Do I need to implement or support the software?
This page is for referral partnerships. Any implementation, support or other responsibilities would need to be discussed and agreed separately; they are not assigned by submitting this form.
