YOUR ESTIMATE
Before applicable taxes. Estimates use indicative add-on rates. Standard hosting and support is included in year one. The perpetual licence remains valid; hosted services and support require annual renewal.
PRICING, EXPLAINED
You pay once for the selected software licence. The licence remains valid without an annual licence subscription. Hosted services and support are recurring: the first year is included, then annual renewal is 15% of your base licence and any additional-company licence value. Extra storage is billed separately.
Each base licence permits up to two companies and includes a total shared storage allowance of 100 GB. This is one pool across the licensed companies, not 100 GB for each company. Extra companies and extra storage can be added separately.
From year two, the annual hosting and support charge is 15% of the licensed value: ₹30,000 for Basic, ₹60,000 for Growth or ₹1,05,000 for Advance before company or storage add-ons and taxes. Additional-company licences enter the same 15% calculation. Extra storage has its own annual charge from activation.
We agree the configuration, data preparation, migration, training and rollout scope in your proposal. Custom development, specialist integrations and third-party charges are quoted separately. The published licence price should not be read as unlimited implementation work.
Advance includes the Growth modules and HRM. Discuss an upgrade when you are ready; scope, migration, licence adjustment and ongoing support charges are confirmed in your upgrade proposal.
The published plans are company-based perpetual licences, not per-employee rates. Team size, access requirements and hosting capacity are reviewed in the proposal. No unlimited-user or unlimited-capacity commitment is implied.
Your software licence remains perpetual. Continued hosted service and support require the annual renewal. Any alternative hosting arrangement, transition or data handover is agreed separately in your licence and service terms.
All listed prices are in INR before applicable taxes. External provider subscriptions, messaging, biometric hardware and transaction charges are separate where required.
