for your institute.
How is the annual subscription calculated?
Multiply your student count by ₹100 and your staff count by ₹400, then add the two amounts. For 500 students and 20 staff, the annual subscription is ₹58,000 before taxes.
Is setup charged for each student or staff member?
No. The ₹35,000 setup fee is a one-time charge for your institute. For the 500-student and 20-staff example, the first-year total is ₹93,000 before taxes.
What does setup involve?
We agree your academic structure, fee configuration, data preparation and team onboarding scope before starting. Any specialist result formats, hardware or custom integration requirements are reviewed during that discussion.
Are taxes and external services included?
Prices and estimates are before applicable taxes. Biometric hardware, payment gateway charges, messaging-provider usage and custom integrations are discussed separately and confirmed in your quotation.
What happens when our numbers change?
Contact our team to update your student or staff count. We confirm the effective date and billing adjustment with you.
