Career Abhishek Wani began his career in software development and digital solutions, working on business applications and operational systems for organizations. He was associated with Trumpets Technologies, where he led the development of custom solutions for clients.
In 2020, he developed a workforce management system for a real estate company in Nashik, India, to address challenges related to employee attendance, payroll, and workforce tracking. This project later evolved into a product known as TrumpetsHR.
In 2022, the platform was rebranded as Pletox and formally launched as a unified human resource management (HRM) platform. Under his leadership, Pletox expanded into CRM, project and task management, and workflow automation.
Abhishek has focused on building Pletox as a scalable, multi-tenant software platform, integrating workforce management with broader business operations.
Entrepreneurship As the founder of Pletox, Abhishek Wani has led the company’s transition from a service-based project to a product-driven software platform serving 250+ organizations and 50,000+ users.
He has also been involved in the development of Pletox Studio, an extensibility layer that allows businesses to build custom applications on top of the platform.
