Contractor agency records

Maintain agency details, addresses, logos, and active status. Assign employees, review each roster, and export the records you need.

Connected worker profiles

Keep employee identity, company, location, department, and contractor assignment connected to the same workforce record.

Contract dates & documents

Record start and end dates for on-contract employees, attach their agreements, and see contracts ending in the current month.

Attendance by contractor

Review worker attendance against configured shifts. Filter by contractor and export monthly timesheets for your review process.

Attendance-based wages

Calculate pay using configured paid-day, hourly, and overtime rules. Review salary reports for a selected contractor.

Records for payroll review

Use wage reports and supported statutory payroll exports to support verification, reconciliation, and compliance review.

FROM AGENCY TO INDIVIDUAL

One worker record.
The right employment context.

Keep agency assignment and employment details clear. Your team can review who a worker belongs to, where they work, and which contract dates apply.

  1. 01

    Maintain the contractor agency

Create the agency profile, manage its status, and assign or remove employees as your workforce changes.

  2. 02

    Connect the worker record

Keep contractor assignments alongside company, location, and department details for consistent attendance and payroll reporting.

  3. 03

    Keep contract details visible

For on-contract employees, maintain start and end dates and a supporting agreement. Review the dashboard list of contracts ending this month.

Agency assignment and employment type are separate details. Assigning a contractor does not automatically change the employee's contract dates or employment type.

ATTENDANCE YOUR TEAM CAN WORK WITH

From the shift roster
to the attendance review.

Connect supported biometric devices and configured attendance policies. Review shifts, absences, corrections, and overtime before those records become payroll inputs.

  • Review attendance by agency

Use the contractor filter to focus on the relevant workers, then export monthly timesheets for verification.

  • Keep shift rules connected

Work with configured rotational and night shifts, weekly offs, holidays, and overtime policies across your locations.

  • See wider staffing gaps

With the manpower module enabled, compare sanctioned and present counts by location, department, and division, including day or night selections.

Manpower reporting uses dated attendance and organizational allocations. It is not a contractor-wise staffing report or a live count of people on site.

LESS REWORK AT WAGE REVIEW

Connect the working day
to the wage calculation.

Bring reviewed attendance into configured payroll rules. Give HR and finance a consistent set of records for wage verification and contractor bill reconciliation.

  1. 01

    Review attendance

Check paid days, recorded hours, absences, and overtime for the period.

  2. 02

    Apply payroll rules

Use configured salary components, proration, hourly calculations, and overtime rates.

  3. 03

    Review by contractor

Filter salary reports by agency and check worker-level pay details.

  4. 04

    Reconcile & retain

Use attendance and wage exports to support your own bill and statutory review process.

Supporting records for a considered review

Supported PF, ESIC, and PT payroll reports include filters for employees with or without contractor assignments. Availability and calculations depend on your configured payroll setup.

Attendance and wage exports support contractor bill reconciliation; they do not automatically generate contractor invoices. Reports and stored documents support compliance review, not automatic statutory filing or a guarantee of compliance.

Yes. Workers mapped to supported biometric devices can use the same attendance workflows as other employees. Device support, employee mappings, and attendance policies must be configured for your locations.

Yes. Attendance views and monthly timesheet exports support contractor filtering. This helps your team review the relevant workers without maintaining a separate attendance sheet for every agency.

Pletox uses your configured salary and attendance rules, including paid-day proration, hourly calculations, and overtime rates or multipliers where applicable. Salary reports can be filtered by contractor for review before you finalize payroll.

Yes. On-contract employee profiles support start and end dates and a supporting agreement upload. A dashboard widget lists contracts ending in the current month. Agency assignment and employment type are separate fields; automatic renewal or renewal reminders are not included in this workflow.

No. Contractor-filtered attendance and wage reports can support your own bill reconciliation process. Automatic contractor invoice generation, service-charge calculation, and settlement are not part of this workflow.

No. Pletox provides supported payroll reports, exports, and employee document records to assist review. Your team must verify applicable requirements and complete the necessary filings and payments. This is not automatic statutory filing or contractor licence verification.

Where the manpower module is enabled, you can compare sanctioned and present counts by location, department, and division, with day or night selections. This report uses dated attendance and organizational allocations, not contractor-wise sanctioned counts or live on-site occupancy.
