An experience letter is a document provided by the employer summarizing an employee's tenure, role, and performance at the company. The experience letter usually includes the employee's designation, duration of employment, and sometimes a brief note on their conduct. It's commonly required by future employers as proof of past work experience. Many companies issue the experience letter along with the relieving letter at the time of exit.
