During the probation period, the employee's work, behaviour, and skills are closely observed. Notice periods and exit rules are usually simpler and faster during the probation period compared to after confirmation. At the end of the probation period, the employee is either confirmed, given more time, or let go. Certain benefits may only apply fully once the employee's probation period is completed.
