WHEN YOUR SYSTEMS STOP KEEPING UP

Less reconciliation.
More operational clarity.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) connects business functions through shared records and workflows. It gives each team the context to act without re-entering the same information.

Recognize these bottlenecks?

  • Stock figures differ between spreadsheets, warehouses, and sales.
  • Purchases and approvals depend on messages and follow-ups.
  • Finance re-enters operational data to prepare reports.
  • Owners cannot see which orders or production jobs need attention.

Build a connected way of working.

  • Shared item, supplier, customer, and warehouse records.
  • Linked transactions from request through receipt and payment.
  • Approval rules, ownership, and a traceable document history.
  • Operational reports based on the transactions teams record.

YOUR ERP, MODULE BY MODULE

Choose what you need.
Keep everything connected.

We define the modules, business rules, and integrations with you. Start with a focused scope instead of implementing every function at once.

Masters & controls

Create a reliable foundation for items, units, categories, customers, suppliers, warehouses, taxes, and document numbering.

Shared records / Roles / Code series

Purchasing & receipts

Connect requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN), supplier bills, and approval limits.

Requisitions / PO / GRN

Inventory & warehouses

Track stock by location, transfers, adjustments, movement history, and reorder requirements using consistent item records.

Stock availability / Transfers / Audit

Production & BOM

Plan bills of materials (BOM), work orders, material consumption, output, scrap, and work in progress around your production flow.

BOM / Work orders / Consumption

Sales & dispatch

Carry customer requirements from quotation to sales order, stock allocation, invoicing, and delivery tracking.

Quotations / Orders / Dispatch

Finance & reporting

Link operational documents to accounts, payments, receivables, payables, and management reports with agreed accounting controls.

Vouchers / Ageing / MIS reports

ONE DOCUMENT LEADS TO THE NEXT

Follow the purchase.
Not a trail of messages.

A purchase is more than an order form. Connect the request, approval, receipt, supplier bill, and payment so procurement, stores, and finance can work from the same context.

Define approval limits, partial receipts, quantity checks, and exceptions around your policies. Each team sees what is pending, who owns it, and what needs to happen next.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATING MODEL

Different businesses.
Different ERP priorities.

The right ERP scope depends on how you buy, make, sell, and deliver. We map those differences before configuring the system.

Manufacturing

Connect materials, BOMs, production orders, consumption, and finished goods with purchasing and dispatch.

Material availability / WIP / Output

Trading & distribution

Coordinate supplier purchases, warehouse availability, customer orders, delivery, and outstanding balances.

Stock movement / Fulfilment / Receivables

Services & projects

Bring project purchasing, resource costs, approvals, expenses, and billing into a consistent operating flow.

IMPLEMENTATION WITH CLEAR CHECKPOINTS

A phased rollout.
A team ready to use it.

A ready foundation can reduce repeat development. Your rollout still needs careful process mapping, data preparation, testing, and team adoption.

  1. 01

    Discover

Map current transactions, approval rules, reporting needs, and dependencies with the people doing the work.

    Outcome: agreed scope and priorities
  2. 02

    Configure

Set up masters, permissions, documents, and workflows. Develop the custom rules and integrations in scope.

    Outcome: a reviewable working system
  3. 03

    Validate

Trial the data migration, reconcile opening balances and stock, and test complete workflows with key users.

    Outcome: an agreed readiness checklist
  4. 04

    Roll out

Train users, plan the cutover, and support the first operating cycle before expanding to more modules.

    Outcome: a supported first release

No one-size-fits-all go-live promise. We agree the timeline, responsibilities, migration checks, support scope, and acceptance criteria before implementation.

KEEP THE CONTEXT YOU ALREADY HAVE

Your existing data.
A carefully planned move.

We assess your spreadsheets and current software before deciding what to import, clean up, connect, or retain. A trial migration helps your team verify records before the final switch.

Accounting, HRM, payroll, CRM, and external services can be connected where their APIs and access permissions support it. Integration scope, update frequency, and error handling are agreed upfront.

BEFORE YOUR ERP PROJECT

Practical questions.
Clear starting points.

Bring your current process, the reports you rely on, and the bottlenecks you want to fix. We will help define a sensible first phase.

Discuss your requirements
What is a custom ERP solution?

A custom ERP solution connects core business functions using shared data and workflows tailored to your operating rules. Pletox combines a ready foundation with configuration, integrations, and custom development based on the agreed scope.

How is ERP different from accounting software?

Accounting software focuses on financial records and reporting. ERP can connect those records with purchasing, stock, production, sales, and other operational workflows. You may integrate an existing accounting system instead of replacing it, subject to technical feasibility.

Can we start with inventory and purchasing only?

Yes. A phased implementation can begin with selected modules, such as inventory and purchasing. We plan shared masters and document relationships so future modules can build on the same foundation.

How much does ERP implementation cost?

Cost depends on modules, locations, user roles, custom rules, integrations, data quality, and support requirements. We review your priorities and define the first phase before preparing an estimate.

How long does an ERP rollout take?

Timelines depend on the scope, migration effort, integrations, and availability of your team for reviews and testing. Ready components can accelerate setup, but we confirm a realistic rollout plan after discovery rather than promise a fixed duration.

Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or an existing ERP?

We assess available exports, field mappings, duplicates, and opening balances. Migration is planned with trial imports, reconciliation, and business-owner sign-off. What can be migrated depends on the source data and access available.

Can the ERP support multiple warehouses and approval levels?

Warehouse structures, location-wise stock, user roles, and approval limits can be included in the solution scope. We map the rules for each location and team before configuration and testing.

What about tax configuration and accounting integrations?

Tax fields, invoice formats, accounting mappings, and integration needs are confirmed during discovery. Your finance team validates its requirements; any statutory filing or third-party integration must be explicitly included and tested in the scope.

What support is available after go-live?

Training, handover, launch support, and ongoing maintenance are agreed as part of the engagement. We define support responsibilities, response expectations, hosting, data access, and future enhancement arrangements before launch.
